Alan leverages his 34 years of experience in healthcare software and services to help clients drive successful implementations and has been on the leading edge of developing implementation methodologies across multiple organizational settings.  One of the first to develop a structured methodology for implementation of integrated acute care systems, most recently working with ambulatory and behavioral health EHRs at Lahey Health to implement solutions from Allscripts, Meditec, and Netsmart Technologies.

Held senior positions at Allscripts where he most recently served as Vice President of Service – Upgrades and as an Engagement Manager for large complex implementations at Jefferson University Physicians Group, Novant Healthcare, Creighton Physicians Group, Catholic Healthcare, and the University of Kentucky.

As a Senior Vice President of HBOC, now McKesson, Alan was responsible for more than 700 development and service resources in multiple domestic and international locations.  The results included improving customer satisfaction by more than 60% over a two year period.

Zach is a professional EHR consultant with over a decade of experience in the health and human services industry.  Has worked with hospitals, health clinics, nursing homes and long term care agencies, as well as the full spectrum of behavioral health organizations in the states of New York, California, North Carolina, Virginia and Massachusetts.

Primarily experienced in clinical workflow and revenue cycle management, training program design and delivery, and system architecture and report development.  Has implemented with multiple $100+ million behavioral organizations and managed the training of over 5,000 clinicians.

Actively works with behavioral EHR executives and engineering teams and provides troubleshooting and solution design services.  Has presented at 12 national and regional behavioral health conferences.

Prior to working in health and human services, was the chief software architect for three professional applications, including laboratory analytical software for the City of San Jose (Capital of Silicon Valley).

Jordan has over 28 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field.   For the past six years he has specialized in helping behavioral healthcare agencies from vendor selection through implementation of EHRs.

Has worked with products from Netsmart Technologies, Qualifacts, eHana, iCentrix, and others.

Jordan’s background includes working as the COO of a large community mental health center with over 1000 employees for nine years.

Jordan is a graduate of Brandeis University and Boston University School of Social Work and independently licensed in Massachusetts.

He is a highly skilled project manager and brings a unique integration of macro and clinical social work skills with technology knowledge and years implementation experience to each project.

Jordan is also an energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic facilitator, teacher and presenter. Other work experience includes working for a Managed Behavioral Healthcare company, a software company and teaching graduate school.

Eric has over 8 years of healthcare experience. He has worked with hospitals, physician practices and behavioral healthcare agencies in the states of North Carolina, Virginia and Massachusetts.

Experience with clinical workflow, revenue cycle management, system administration and development, hepldesk/call center management and report writing.

Has been a key team member on multiple NetSmart Evolv implementations, also experienced with EPIC.

Eric has worked with multiple $100+ million organizations including the University of North Carolina Healthcare System.

Tamika Mims  // BSW

Tamika has over 10 years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field.

Has worked with varying populations since graduating from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with her degree in social work.

In addition to clinical work, has developed a high level of expertise with behavioral EHRs.  For the past three years Tamika has combined her social work skills and technical acumen to design and implement comprehensive EHR training programs for behavioral health organizations in North Carolina, Virginia and Massachusetts.

Tamika has experience working with variety of staff, from front desk to psychiatrist, from implementation to post-go live support.
